| CANCELLATION In the event of cancellation within 48 hours of arrival, guests
will be responsible for payment in full unless the room is re-let. |

| CHILDREN No children under the age of 12 are allowed in the Holm House
dining room, bar, spa or hydrotherapy areas of the hotel |
