The Spa at Holm House is a 'Haven of Peace and Tranquility by the Sea'. Inspired by Eastern philosophies and beliefs it is our objective to provide a holistic approach to health that incorporates mind, body and spirit.

To achieve these aims we have introduced a range of luxurious, organic treatments from Ytsara which are exclusive to the Cardiff area. Ytsara is inspired by the traditions of Asia, integrating Thai, Chinese and Indian massage rituals together with different yoga breathing techniques. Every ceremony begins with the traditional cleansing of hand and feet using lemongrass and mandarin and completed with a traditional tea ritual. All of which are incorporated into your treatment time to provide that truly unique global spa experience.
